You get a price before we start. It does not change when the truck arrives.
Meet the Cedar Park Team Behind Otto’s Garage Door
We’re not a franchise and we don’t have a rotating cast of subcontractors. The same faces show up in Cedar Park, Leander, Brushy Creek, and the neighborhoods off Whitestone and Lakeline week after week. What unites us is simple: we live within twenty minutes of most of the doors we fix. That changes how we work. When your spring lets go at nine at night and your truck is sealed inside, the person who answers the phone knows your street, not just your zip code. Otto built this crew one person at a time over twenty-plus years, and every one of them carries his name on their back.
Our People
Otto Reinhardt, Owner
Otto started this company in 2004 with one truck, a published phone number, and a stubborn refusal to route calls through a call center. He still takes calls himself, most nights and most weekends. If you call after dark, there’s a good chance it’s Otto on the line quoting your repair before he heads out. He counts spring cycles the way other people count tire miles, and he’ll tell you exactly what’s left on yours before he ever mentions a price. The name on the van is the name on the invoice and the name on the license. He treats a garage door with the respect a 200-pound object riding on two loaded springs deserves.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Otto for eleven years, longer than most garage door companies in this county have existed. He handles the heavy structural work: full door replacements, track realignments on old Clopay and Wayne Dalton setups, and the trick jobs where the door hasn’t rolled true in a decade. Marcus is factory-trained on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie openers, and he keeps the crew’s install kit organized to the point of obsession. He grew up in Round Rock and coaches his daughter’s softball team on Saturdays. If your door has a problem that’s been “fixed” twice by other companies, Marcus is the one who figures out what’s actually wrong.
Danny R., Senior Installer
Danny joined Otto’s crew seven years ago after a decade in new residential construction, and it shows. He reads door frames the way some people read blueprints. Danny leads most of our new door installs in Cedar Park and Leander, whether it’s a full Amarr or Clopay replacement or a custom build for an oversized two-car opening. He’s Amarr and Clopay certified and takes genuine pride in the finish work: clean seal lines, level tracks, rollers that don’t chatter. Danny is the quiet one on the crew, the guy who won’t say much until you ask about his smoked brisket. Then he’ll talk your ear off.
Jessie V., Service Coordinator
Jessie is the voice you’ll hear when you call during business hours, and often after. She’s been with Otto’s Garage Door since 2016 and runs the schedule, the parts ordering, and the warranty follow-ups that keep the 90-Day Done Right Promise from ever slipping through the cracks. Jessie knows every tech’s workload and every neighborhood’s traffic patterns, so when she gives you a two-hour arrival window, she means it. She grew up in Cedar Park, graduated from Vista Ridge High School, and remembers when Lakeline wasn’t much more than a two-lane road. Jessie’s the reason the office runs like a garage door should: smooth, quiet, and reliable.
One Standard, Every Job
Every member of this crew works under the same promise Otto made back in 2004: the price quoted on the phone is the price at the door, and it’s written down before any work begins. We don’t revise numbers upward once we see the door. We don’t invent work that isn’t needed. If the opener is straining, the problem is almost never the opener, and we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a new one. Every job leaves with a 90-Day Done Right Promise on paper, signed by whoever did the work. If something isn’t right, one call brings Otto back, no runaround, no customer-service queue. That’s not a company policy. It’s how the four of us choose to work. Ask anyone on your street.
